February 13, 2023: The Plaintiff's motion for leave under the Securities Act and certification pursuant to the Class Proceedings Act has been dismissed by the Order of the Honourable Justice E.M. Morgan of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on November 22, 2022.

The action arises out of the Defendants’ alleged misrepresentations regarding construction, operation, and production at the Relief Canyon gold mine, which is located in Pershing County, Nevada.

- All persons and entities, wherever they may reside or may be domiciled who, during the period from August 4, 2020 through to May 16, 2021 (inclusive), purchased or otherwise acquired Americas’ common shares and held some or all of such securities as at the commencement of trading on May 17, 2021, other than certain excluded persons.
